The mirror at a department store dressing area I find intimidating. There are three mirrors arranged so that you can see your full view from either side, in front, and if you turn a bit the back. I look into a mirror in the morning and other times during the day. I think I know what I look like but not really. I’m seeing a reverse reflection. Then my mind does a little restructuring when I go away that makes me feel a little better than reality.
Did you know that your face communicates like a mirror to others who see it? People may be able to see your moods and other emotional expressions. A baby seeks the face of his mother loving him/her all through the day. A baby learns to smile from seeing his/her mother, dad, and family smile or express feelings through the mirror of their faces.
According to 2Corinthians 3:18, we are beholding the glory of the Lord’s face as in a mirror and are thereby being transformed into His likeness. Is it possible that you may mirror the glory of the Lord’s
face? I say, yes. Let your light so shine that others may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.
