As a lady was driving, a deer leaped crashing through the windshield into the back
seat of her SUV. This happened in New Jersey. After giving this some thought, I
imagined that if this had happened in Arkansas, with no one injured but the deer,
before she had the windshield repaired, she would likely have driven to the
nearest butcher shop to have the deer processed for the freezer. Almost as
deadly as a deer rifle, is an automobile driving down the highway in deer hunting
country.
I know it’s a stretch, but, you can never tell what might leap into your back seat
unexpectedly. Opportunities are in God’s hand waiting for you to pass by so they
can be delivered to you. Is it possible that the seemingly negative situation may
be turned for your benefit by the Spirit of God?
May I suggest to you that the next time you have a problem arise you look for the
Lord’s intervention to turn around the situation for your good? We know that all
things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are called
according to His purpose (Romans 8:28).
